Our 50mm thick underlay foam mattress. This single bed mattress is designed to be placed directly onto the bed base and is used underneath an active overlay or static mattress system as a support base.
With the mattress only being 5cm in depth, the risk of a patient falling out of bed is reduced and also provides additional comfort and support.
- The underlay mattress cover is made of a polyurethane (PU) vapour permeable stretch fabric ensuring longevity and aiding infection control policies to be met
- Cover is launderable in a washing machine and can be tumble dried on low heat
- Foam can be autoclaved at 134 degrees Celsius
- Conforms to BS7177: 1996 Crib Source 5
